Further to KQU 2661 of 13.2.24, being an Important Matter, we would inform you about National Counter Terrorism Authority Circular regarding Threat Alert (Attachment 24.1).

2.   National Counter Terrorism Authority ISL vide circular No.3/36/2024-8141 (1) dated 12.2.24 informed about Threat Alert-085- Terrorist Activities in Karachi, Sindh

3.   It has emerged that 4x Unknown terrorists have prepared a suicide bomber most probably for suicide bombing in different places of Karachi Sindh Reportedly 4x unknown terrorist named Arsalan, Mushtaq Abid and Ghazanfar are planners of the attack (timeframe not known).

4.   It is further directed that all vital installations including important buildings (Sindh Assembly CM House Sindh Press Club Karachi and Sindh High Court) hospitals and schools may be kept under strict vigilance.

5.   Extreme vigilance and heightened security measures are suggested to avoid any untoward incidents.
