A. Background: For List of earlier relevant QCs, please refer to Para E & F.

 

B. Updated Commentary

 

Further to KQU 3977 of 3.7.26, being an Important matter, we would inform you about Punjab Finance Act 2026 (Attachment 3602.1) having on only 4 pages.

 

Since professionals has lack of sufficient time to read over 1,500 as per this TLQC cum relevant pages from over 30 TLQCs in para E & F and upcoming 5 Finance Acts related TLQCs. Moreover, as several Professionals are likely to be unaware of several amendments out of over 500 amendments via 5 Finance Acts, we have arranged the following two types of 5 Finance Acts for different types of professionals, keeping in view understanding level and time contraints:
