A. BACKGROUND: This refers to the Important PGECs in trail, blue, italic and after double line 183 of 3.11.25 about HOBC Excellent Benefits & Five POL Items' Prices Analysis & KC Recommendation

B. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY with KASBATI & CO RECOMMENDATIONS

1. HOBC Excellent Benefits

It is worthwhile to note that as per Analysis para C, the Normal Petrol / MS Price is Rs 265.45 while the better one PSO HOBC Price is Rs 273.88.

Hence, with the difference of PSO HOBC Only Rs 8.43 (on 15.10.25 difference was higher at Rs 12.33, so more benefit now), you can get better engine efficiency and mileage too, ISA. As such, you may prefer HOBC in full OR a mix of Super and HOBC both as per your choice.

2. Recent Changes

Further to KQU 3653 of 1.11.25, being an important matter, we would inform you about Petroleum Prices 15.11.25 (Attachment 184.1).

OGRA has reviewed and adjusted consumer price of one for petroleum products in view of recent fluctuations in the international oil market the petroleum products is as follows:

1. As per para B2, change in four POL Item’s Price are as per Notification and recent history of the matter.

2. Rest of the POL item prices are as per earlier Notifications, as there is no change thereafter; while HOBC prices are as per PSO web.

Cumulative change from the dates specified in last 2 columns headings till to date, for all Products and latest changes relating to Cost of Doing Business and Home Budget Cost:
