Dear Learned Professionals
This refers to the email trail below, especially TLQC 3201 and 3218 of 14.7.25 and - E-Invoicing & Integration adverse action restrained - PHC Interim order  - about E-invoicing & Integrations PHC and LHC interim relief respectively.
 

2. As per a reliable source as we recall, the PHC hearing has been adjourned to 6 August 2025. 

3. We will keep you posted about PHC and LHC hearings as soon as the matter comes to our knowledge, keeping yours and ours time constraint.

4. We expect Petition from SHC shortly and may be thereafter or earlier from BHC as well.
