1.   This refers to the related Important PGEC in trail, blue, italic and double line 175 of 1.8.25 about Comments sought on KE SLA+2 BQPS-I Agreements & Your Urgent Action

2.   We also refer to several other PGE142 including 157 of 3.3.25 about Electricity Bills significantly reduction claimed & KCV

B.   Updated Commentary

1.   Further to KQU 3489 dated 30.7.25, being an important matter, we would inform you about Public Notice regarding Seeking Comments in the matter of Service Level Agreement (SLA) of Bin Qasim Power Station-II (BQPS-II) by KE (Attachment 176.1) to within 15 days of the Notice viz by 13.8.25.

All stakeholders interested parties/consumers, and the general public are hereby informed that, in compliance with the directives of the Authority under KE's Generation Tariff Determination dated 22.10.24, KEL has submitted the draft SLA of BQPS-II along with schedules and technical performance curves for the Authority's review and approval.

§ Service Level Agreement of BQPS-II K-Electric consists of 93 pages with important content on pages 2 to 3. If your Goodself has a short time, then at least have a look at the same.

§ Technical Curves of BQPS-II K-Electric consist of 29 pages.

§ Schedules of BQPS-II K-Electric consist of 99 pages with important content on page 1. If your Goodself has a short time, then at least have a look at the same.

2.   In view of above, all stakeholders, interested parties/consumers, and the general public are invited to submit their views and comments on the subject matter within fifteen (15) days of this publication. B.   Your Urgent Action & Multiplication

1.   Although all the Commentaries are to the extent of the Subscribed IDs only, however, your Goodself is allowed to share this PGEC for the Noble Cause to Impart Knowledge, so as to save Electricity usage by your Entity, Home, Masjids, etc leading to less Units usage bill and all Professionals & Masses may make issue as to are being charged to Good Payers owing to the following. 

(a) Expected Increase Electricity charges due to above 3 Agreements.

(b) Excessive Fuel Adjustments

(c) Unnecessary Capacity Charges are being loaded on the one hand and Electricity failure at Offices, Factories, Shops, Home from time to time 

(d) Line Losses (including for Govt, KE & XWAPDA DISISCOs employees and theft)

(e) High Tariff approved by Govt, as highlighted by Ex President Pervaiz Musharraf 

(f) Huge additional effects of 4 Federal Sales Tax types

(g) Huge increase in Federal Cabinet Salaries & expenditure as stated above and evident from Electronic & print Media

2.   Ensure that your Association constantly reads all Draft & Final Agreements, Fuel Price & Other Adjustments and Update members from time to time.

3.   If Public support continues with Invitation to your friends & relatives to be a part of this great struggle based on regular increase in Jamaat e Islami membership form being filled, then 5 announced and 18 IPPs will announce Termination Agreement, and above matters will not be true and prices will be reduced. Have your Goodself, family, friends filled the Online Form?  It would be in the Interest of Justice and Public interest at Large that now DISCOS like KE & XWAPDA should reduce prices, if we keep pressure on them and Govt. We expect that you would support and be a Member of the JI, whose workers are taking risks and working in your Favour; and Against Unreasonable Prices as per several Factors as per para B1 ; and will atleast multiply this email. 

4.  Otherwise, be ready for constant increases in Electricity Bills with different methods, inspite of Govt claims of New Agreements & Huge Savings, actually nothing will be transferred to the public by bills reduction.
